BIIC’s Full Range of Pressure Gauges for Diverse Industrial Applications

Industrial production sites involve complex conditions, encompassing both routine operating conditions and severe application scenarios such as corrosion, high temperatures, intense vibration, explosion-proof requirements, and sterile environments. Whether a pressure gauge matches the on-site conditions directly affects measurement accuracyand instrument service life.

 Backed by a comprehensive pressure gauge product line, BIIC provides full coverage for all types of routine and severe operating conditions, delivering tailored solutions for different site requirements to fully meet the pressure monitoring demands across industries.

01     Routine Operating Conditions | Clean Water, Air, General Oils

Requirements: Steady-state pressure monitoring, high operational stability, compatibility with general pipelines.

Models: Stainless steel pressure gauges, stainless steel capsule pressure gauges, etc.

Suitable for non-corrosive, ambient temperature media in HVAC, water supply, ventilation and negative pressure applications. Available in accuracy classes including Class 1 and 1.6 standard gauges, as well as Class 0.25 and 0.4 precision gauges, with ranges covering from 250 Pa (micro-pressure) to 250 MPa (high pressure). Lower ranges, vacuum/compound combinations, mounting styles, and connection customization are also supported.

02     Corrosive Media | Acids, Alkalis, Seawater, Chemical Fluids

Requirements: Isolation of corrosive media, protection of structures, long-term corrosion resistance and stability.

Models: Diaphragm seal pressure gauges, all-plastic diaphragm seal pressure gauges, etc.

Featuring a diaphragm isolation structure, 316L stainless steel can be selected for mildly corrosive media; for highly corrosive media, corrosion-resistant materials such as PP all-plastic construction, fluorine rubber diaphragms, PTFE diaphragms, and Hastelloy alloys can be chosen based on actual process conditions.

03     High-Temperature Process | Steam, Heat Transfer Oil, High-Temperature Fluids

Requirements: Blocking high-temperature conduction, protecting seals and elastic elements, maintaining stable pressure under high-temperature conditions.

Models: Standard pressure gauges (with siphon/ cooling element), diaphragm seal pressure gauges with cooling element accessories, etc.

• ≤100°C: Standard pressure gauges can be used directly;

• 100–200°C: Standard pressure gauges equipped with siphon or cooling element; diaphragm seal pressure gauges equipped with cooling element;

• >200°C: Standard pressure gauges with extended-length or multi-coil siphon, or capillary; diaphragm seal gauges with extended cooling element.

Customization Capability: Ultra-high temperature customization above 360°C is available, suitable for petrochemical, thermal power, and heat transfer oil furnace applications.

04     Viscous and impurity containing | Slurry, Resin, High-Solid Fluids

Requirements: Anti-clogging, easy cleaning and maintenance, unobstructed pressure transmission.

Models: Diaphragm seal pressure gauges, etc.

Large-diameter diaphragm with large-bore construction effectively prevents clogging; flange connection with optional flushing ring enables purge cleaning. Diaphragm materials can be selected according to the medium, including 316L, Hastelloy, PTFE-laminated film, etc. Suitable for adhesive media in mining, coatings, food and pharmaceutical applications.

Customization Capability: Supports customization of extra-large diaphragms, special connection dimensions, and heating jackets to accommodate high-adhesion, high-solids conditions.

05     High-Frequency Vibration | Pump Outlets, Compressors, Power Units

Requirements: Resistance to vibration and shock, pointer anti-flutter, sealed against leakage.

Models: Full range of liquid-filled vibration-resistant gauges.

Built-in damping design, with the case filled with a dampening fluid (such as glycerine or silicone oil), effectively suppressing vibration interference and ensuring steady pointer indication. For sites with intense vibration, an external damper can be added for enhanced performance.
