1、 Core technology and performance advantages
(1) FR60 Handheld Fourier Transform Infrared & Raman Spectrometer
FR60 Handheld Fourier Transform Infrared & Raman Spectrometer has successfully achieved deep integration of Fourier transform infrared and Raman dual technologies, overcoming key technical challenges such as optical path stability, anti-interference performance, and miniaturization design. The device is only half the size of an A4 paper and weighs less than 2kg. It has waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof characteristics, with a battery run time of up to 6 hours and a detection time of only a few seconds. The device is equipped with a built-in diamond ATR probe, which supports direct detection of various forms of samples such as solids, liquids, powders, etc., without the need for sample pretreatment.

(2) IRS2700 and IRS2800 portable infrared gas analyzers
The launch of IRS2700 and IRS2800 portable infrared gas analyzers further expands the on-site detection product line of BFRL. The IRS2800 is designed for rapid screening at emergency scenes, while the IRS2700 supports high-temperature gas monitoring, meeting real-time detection requirements for various applications such as flue gas emission monitoring and ambient air quality analysis.

 

2、 Application

(1) Customs supervision
The FR60 Portable Fourier Transform Infrared-Raman Spectrometer employs a dual-analysis technology that integrates both infrared and Raman spectroscopy, enabling cross-verification of detection results. This instrument design effectively addresses the requirements for detecting various hazardous chemicals at border ports. When deployed in customs surveillance operations, the device assists frontline officers in conducting on-site screening of suspicious cargo, significantly enhancing clearance efficiency.

(2)Forensic science
Forensic science imposes extremely stringent requirements for the ​non-destructive nature​ and ​safety​ of physical evidence testing. FR60 Handheld Fourier Transform Infrared & Raman Spectrometer utilizes a non-contact detection mode, effectively avoiding any damage to evidence during analysis. Meanwhile, its rapid response capability meets the need for ​instant screening​ at drug enforcement scenes, providing robust support for physical evidence examination in the field of forensic science.

(3) Fire and rescue
FR60 Handheld Fourier Transform Infrared & Raman Spectrometer features significant advantages including multi-scenario adaptability, high-precision detection, broad spectral coverage, rapid testing, extended battery run time, and a compact lightweight design. It will also explore expanded application formats such as UAV integration.
