Overview
HMS 6500 is a liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer (LC-TQMS) developed by Beijing ZhiKe HuaZhi Scientific Instruments Co., Ltd. It combines the separation capability of liquid chromatography with the high sensitivity and accurate quantification advantages of triple quadrupole technology, enabling efficient quantitative analysis of compounds in complex mixtures. This instrument is widely applicable in research fields such as environmental science, food safety, and life sciences.
Features
l Dual ionization sources: Equipped with Electrospray Ionization (ESI) and Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization (APCI) for broad analyte coverage.
l Extended quadrupole mass range: Enables high mass-to-charge (m/z) ion screening and detection of large molecules (e.g., Cyclosporin A 1202.8, Everolimus 975.6, Sirolimus 931.7, Tacrolimus 821.5).
l Reverse-flow curtain gas design: Enhances system stability and extends maintenance intervals.
l High sensitivity with robust anti-interference performance: Ensures reliable detection even in complex matrices.
l Curved collision cell design: Effectively eliminates matrix and neutral component interference while reducing background noise.
l Intelligent operation: Automated mass spectrometry tuning, mass calibration, and method optimization.
l Smart data handling: Integrated data processing and automated report generation.
